Our Signature Reset Cleaning is a full-spectrum, deeply intentional home reset. It is the first step in all new client relationships — an immersive clean that prepares your home for peace, hosting, healing, or simply re-entering a space that feels cared for.

This service blends the methodology of professional detail cleaning with the energy of environmental clearing. Our solo execution is deliberate, meticulous, and grounded in presence — no rushing, no cutting corners.

FULL INCLUSION — BY SPACE

Whole Home (All Rooms)

  • Detailed hand-dusting of all reachable surfaces, including:

    • Wall trim, crown molding, doors, baseboards, vents, outlet covers

  • Switch plates and doorknobs disinfected and buffed to a dry finish

  • Interior windows cleaned (including sills, tracks, and lock mechanisms)

  • Mirrors and glass cleaned streak-free (centered within their frames)

  • Trash bins emptied, wiped, and disinfected

  • Floors:

    • Vacuumed with crevice tools (edges, under furniture, under rugs if movable)

    • Mopped or polished with surface-appropriate cleaner

  • Light rearranging or re-styling of visible surfaces (pillows, folded throws, sinkside items) for harmony

Kitchen

  • Countertops degreased, polished, and wiped edge-to-edge (including backsplash seams)

  • Cabinet faces cleaned — including under handles, around hinges

  • Appliance exteriors polished:

    • Refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave

    • Microwave interior fully cleaned (plate removed and cleaned)

  • Sink scrubbed with non-toxic cleaner, then polished dry

  • Faucet fixtures wiped and dried with microfiber to prevent spotting

  • Trash and recycling bins wiped inside and out

  • Small counter items (toasters, jars, soap dishes) moved, cleaned under, and returned in place

  • Optional: Clear counter organization (upon client approval)

Bathrooms

  • Countertop, sink, faucet, and mirror polished and dried with detail tools

  • Shower/tub: scrubbed for soap scum, hard water, and body oils

    • Grout lines cleaned (within reach)

    • Glass and tile squeegeed dry

  • Toilet:

    • Interior cleaned with sanitizing brush and flush

    • Exterior base, handle, and floor around wiped by hand

  • All accessories (toilet paper holders, brush stands, bath mats) cleaned or shaken out

  • Chrome, glass, and mirrors polished to luxury-standard finish

Bedrooms

  • Full dusting of:

    • Bed frame/headboard, side tables, dressers, lamps

    • Light fixtures (as reachable), window trim

  • Mirror frames, door edges, and baseboards detailed

  • Bed made (fresh linens placed if left out)

  • Under-bed vacuuming (if clear)

  • Shoes, books, or personal items tidied discreetly (without reorganizing)

Living Areas & Common Spaces

  • Cushions fluffed and reset

  • Blankets folded, re-styled, or placed neatly

  • Sofa/vacuuming under cushions (if liftable)

  • Coffee tables, consoles, and electronics dusted with care

  • Remote controls, light switches, and handles sanitized

Final Touches (Ngozi Signature Details)

  • A soft natural scent (e.g. lavender mist, eucalyptus) diffused post-cleaning

  • Towels folded hotel-style, sinks wiped dry with signature finish

  • Optional incense or palo santo placed (unlit) on tray or mantle

  • Personal thank-you note left in foyer or entryway if home is unattended

  • Cleaning team (you) signs name on service card or handwritten tag

  • For execution: 5.5 to 7+ hours, depending on square footage and complexity

  • We recommend keeping the day open for this service


    This is not a maintenance clean. It is a full-body reset for the home.

  • First-time clients preparing for recurring care

  • Clients in life transitions (post-move, post-travel, post-event)
