Service Overview

This is a full-spectrum, deep restoration cleaning designed for homes that are empty, recently vacated, or soon to be occupied. Every corner, fixture, and surface is addressed with care and precision — leaving behind a space that feels untouched, luxurious, and completely refreshed.

Unlike a basic move-out service, our reset is curated for luxury real estate transitions and clients who want to leave (or arrive) with excellence.

What’s Included — Full Breakdow

  • Dust and wipe all baseboards, molding, ceiling corners, and light switches

  • Detail clean of all cabinetry (interior & exterior) — drawers, shelves, and ledges

  • Wipe down of doors, trim, handles, knobs, and doorframes

  • Clean inside all reachable closets, pantries, built-ins, linen storage

  • Vacuum or sweep all edges, corners, and behind open appliances

WHOLE-HOME RESET (Interior Detail)

  • Dust and wipe all baseboards, molding, ceiling corners, Clean interior windows, tracks, and window sills

  • Polish all mirrors and glass surfaces streak-free

  • Remove dust from vents, returns, and surface-level AC/heating grates

  • Light switch plates, thermostats, and control panels disinfected

  • Open space energy reset (optional)

KITCHEN + APPLIANCE DETAILING

  • Clean inside and outside of the following:

    • Refrigerator

    • Freezer

    • Oven (including racks and door)

    • Stove and cooktop (removable components soaked or degreased)

    • Microwave (inside and out)

    • Dishwasher

  • Detail clean backsplash, counter edges, and grout

  • Cabinets, drawers, and handles cleaned thoroughly inside and out

  • Clean and polish sink, disposal, and fixtures

  • Trash can cleaned if left behind

  • Stainless steel polished (non-coated surfaces only)

BATHROOM SANCTUARY RESET

  • Toilets scrubbed inside/outside and base cleaned

  • Tubs and showers detailed (glass, tile, grout, and fixtures)

  • Sinks, countertops, and faucets cleaned and polished

  • Cabinets and drawers cleaned inside and out

  • Mirrors cleaned streak-free

  • Walls, switches, and vents dusted and wiped

  • Towel rods, shelves, and visible plumbing dusted and wiped

FLOORS, WINDOWS & FINAL POLISHING

  • Vacuum all carpeted and hard floor surfaces with detail tools

  • Mop tile, hardwood, LVP, or stone with appropriate product

  • Edge vacuuming along walls and under counters

  • Polish wood and tile transitions

  • Wipe down inside window glass, frames, and sills

  • Final mirror check for fingerprints or haze

What This Service Is Not:

  • Pricing is custom and based on:

    • Home size (square footage)

    • Number of bathrooms and kitchens

    • Presence of appliances, buildup, or special requests

    • Scheduling urgency (less than 48-hour notice may include a rush fee)

    Turnaround time: 6 to 11 hours on average
    Availability: Weekdays only | 1–2 slots per week available
